Warranty
All motors in the tire machines are covered by a MANUFACTURERS (Dayton) warranty. This warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year of the PURCHASE DATE of the motor. Typically, machines are sold within 1-3 months of the purchase date of the motor, typically leaving a warranty period of 9-11 months once the customer receives the machine.

To begin a warranty claim on a motor, you must contact us in advance describing the issue, and verifying the warranty period has not lapsed. Then, the customer must return the motor to us at their expense. From there the motor will be sent to the manufacturer to determine whether or not they will cover a repair/replacement. The full manufacturer warranty terms for each motor is provided in the user manual provided with each machine when it was originally purchased. A digital user manual with this information can also be found online.

Returns Policy
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us. We will attempt to help address any issues that may arise. We aim to provide an abundance of pictures, detailed descriptions, & demo videos (where relevant) to give you everything possible to make an informed decision prior to making a purchase. If you are still unsure about something, please contact us first to avoid any possible issues that may lead to seeking a return to begin with.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions

It is within 7 days of the order being delivered

You must contact us prior to returning to specify the intent to return & the reason for the return

You must ship the return back within 7 days of initiating the return process (at your cost)

ALL items must be unaltered, undamaged, & in the original packaging. NO RETURNS ON USED PRODUCTS!

Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit. Please package and secure all returns safely.

If an item arrives in used/unsellable condition we reserve the right to refuse the return/refund.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Refunds are given minus the restocking fee, any fees initially charged by the card or payment supplier including (but not limited to) PayPal fees/Credit Card fees, & the original shipping costs. EXAMPLE: Say the order was for $100 + $10 shipping ($110 total). The refund would be minus the original shipping ($10), minus Paypal/CC fees (typically around 3%, in this case 3% on a $110 total would be a $3.30 fee), & minus the restocking fee (15% of the item total of $100 would be $15). Leaving a refund amount of $81.70.

Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned items, we will send the refund amount (typically within 2-3 business days).
